'Keep Calm and CAROL On' printable!

I have received a ton of great ideas regarding different 'Keep Calm and Carry On' versions that people have thought up. One that popped up a lot (includng by a nine-year-old who was inspired when her mom printed out my Thanksgiving versions!) was 'Keep Calm and Carol On'! LOVE it! 'Carol' sounds like 'Carry'! Keep Calm and CAROL On! Perfect-o!!

Christmas Version of 'Keep Calm" Printable

First, of course, there was 'Keep Calm and Carry On'. Then for Halloween there was 'Keep Calm and SCARY On'. For Thanksgiving there was 'Keep Calm and CranBERRY On'. I sure love a good rhyme, so what would Christmas be without 'Keep Calm and MERRY On'?!

Thanksgiving's not even here yet but I can't wait any longer!

'Keep Calm and CRANBERRY On' printable

What better way to celebrate Halloween than spend the morning hanging your decorations for the next holiday??

You might remember that my 'Keep Calm and SCARY On' printable was the brainchild of my rhyme-loving husband. When I told him I was making a Thanksgiving 'Keep Calm' sign, he lit right up with another rhyming idea. How about, 'Keep Calm and CRANBERRY On?' he quipped. And so it was. :)

The pictures in the three frames above my kitchen table get switched out for every holiday (and occasion). All three Thanksgiving 'Keep Calm' versions go quite nicely together!

Free Halloween Printable- 'Twilight'-Inspired!

We've reached the end of Week One! I want to say a big giant THANK YOU to everyone who has visited my new little blog, become a follower, and have been thoughtful enough to leave such kind comments. All of your sweet words make me feel so good. It truly warms my heart and I appreciate it so much.

Free Spring (Easter!) Printable

I am woefully behind in changing out my holiday decor but having two kids is getting the best of me. Seriously. Things like decorating are a far way down the daily to-do list. It was snowing again this morning (what the???) so I decided it was VERY important to improve my mood with a little spring-y cheeriness. You know, to pretend like it's spring-time outside. I browsed online a bit, having an idea of the look that I wanted (silhouette, bunny, burlap) but not finding it. So I made one myself!

I needed something that would last past Easter (because I am just now taking down my Valentine stuff!) so this is specifically a "spring" printable. :)

Shadow Box Art

So who didn't love their honeymoon? Some of my happiest, giddiest, and most carefree memories are from my honeymoon. I had never been more in love. I had never felt so valued, so cherished, so lucky. I wanted a daily reminder of that. A visual tribute to when 'we' began.

I gathered a shadowbox, some textured white cardstock, 8 round unfinished wooden discs, 8 photographs, and some stickers and rhinestones. I carefully chose the pictures to best express beautiful Puerto Vallarta, the amazing resort we stayed in, and the love, joy, and excitement we were feeling.

I adhered the photos to the wooden discs and sanded down the edges so they were perfectly flush with them.

Add a pinch of glitter and bling and it was just right!

Simple and happy. It hangs right where we eat. :)

"Vinyl" Thanksgiving Subway Art Printable

I still can't find the cord to my Cricut machine. It's killing me! I'm having vinyl withdrawals. The detox is harsh. SO. I had to make some more faux-vinyl subway art. For Thanksgiving of course!

I plopped it on my mantel but like all of my decorations, I'm sure I will move it at least sixteen times before it finds its home.
